Our Process
We take the leanest, juiciest Top Round Steak we can find and slice it nice and thin. Then we give it a long marinate in our unique 12 Spice Slow Burn blend before slowly drying to preserve maximum flavor. Chewy and mouth watering, it's nothing like those rubbery translucent "meat snacks" the other guys sell. This is the real deal - hand made Jerky the way it's supposed to be!
